Salam Aidil Adha

Amin....

Persediaan Aidil Adha? Serba sederhana (at the moment - masih belum buat apa-apa lagipun). Aku masih di sini, bersama laptopku - unfinished tasks....Alhamdulillah, managed to iron my baju & my other half punya baju jugak before pi UUM yesterday. All the girls are here already (my siblings). Waiting for others to come back soon. My dad still kerja today. Luckily my mum dah cuti. My other half - ada shooting solemnization ceremony this morning.

My mum dah beli barang-barang yang diperlukan untuk memasak. Insya-Allah I'll start baking muffin soon (lepas habis my to-do-lists for this morning). Went to buy all the ingredients yesterday @ Alor Star - on the way back from UUM. Muffin flavors: blueberry, choc chips & orange with poppy seeds (pre-mix stuff). Semoga ianya menjadi seperti yang dikehendaki (walaupun cuma tambah telur, air & vegetable oil) ;oD

Menu hari raya? Petang ni insya-Allah we'll have soto ayam with nasi impit for bukak posa (yummy - terus rasa lapar). Menu for tomorrow: Nasi Impit + Rendang Ayam + Kuah Kacang + Lodeh. My grandma will be making laksa with my auntie's help (if I'm not mistaken la since dia pesan kat my mum suruh beli laksa, hehehe). We'll off to kampung tomorrow, insya-Allah lepas solat sunat hari raya.

Again, Salam Aidil Adha everyone....

P/s: Jangan lupa saksikan episod akhir Nur Kasih esok malam - 9.00 p.m. @ TV3 (siri yang menjadi kegilaan aku + my other half + the girls in our house).

2016

Setelah sekian lama bersawang ....

To Do....

There are several things to do before 22nd June 2008. I'm quite busy now with the registration preparation, with everything else too. I did the medical check-up yesterday but the full results (especially some of the tests needed on my urine and blood) are not ready yet. The staff told me to contact Pusat Rawatan Islam Az-Zahrah tomorrow (Wednesday) to confirm whether the remaining results of the blood and urine tests are ready or not before I can come to collect it (must see the doctor again). Alhamdulillah, so far so good. My chest x-ray looks good, no drugs detected in my urine etc. UUM new postgraduate registration will be on the 22nd June (Sunday). Before the registration, I need to fill in several forms, prepare the original copy of all the certificates needed by them (academic transcripts etc.). I also need to obtain the financial affidavit from my sponsors and the letter of release from my organization. I really hope that I'll manage to settle these two important things ...

Sisters (Danielle Steel)

I've read this novel and it was very interesting. This novel is about four sisters-Sabrina, Tammy, Annie, and Candy. They are very close to each other and they really care about their parents very much. Sabrina-the eldest, is an ambitious young lawyer, Tammy-the second, is a successful t.v. show producer, Annie-the third sister, is an American artist in Florence (she likes art very much) and Candy-the youngest, is a fashion's latest international supermodel. Although they are very busy with their career, they always make sure that they spend Fourth of July weekend together, with their parents at their parents' house. However, something happened unexpectedly and changed their life forever. Want to know more about the story in this novel? I guess it is better for you to read it. Highly recommended. Below is the summary taken from Danielle Steel's website: Four sisters, a Manhattan brownstone, and a tumultuous year of loss and courage are at the heart of Danielle Steel’...
